Zones needed a Business to Business website set up quickly for a new subsidiary of Zones, Inc. The subsidiary Zones Corporate Solutions, (ZCS) was to serve enterprise-level companies providing IT products and services to meet their needs.

The assignment was given to me by the Director of Online Operations, Dan Sivils. It was conveyed to me with a sense of urgency that this website needed to be built quickly and that a specific set of requirements needed to be met. In the middle of development of this site, Dan Sivils stepped down as Director of Online Operations and Brian Tallon, Director of E-commerce assumed his responsibilities.

On my first performance feedback review under Mr. Tallon I received a performance rating which stated that I “consistently exceed performance goals” or “fully meet performance goals” when referring to my web development work.
