Deborah Lundgren's Portfolio

My next assignment was to build a landing page; a place where all the zones could be accessed from. Even though I had a specific set of requirements to meet with this project, I felt that it offered me a great opportunity to show some of my creativity.

I first storyboarded several ideas in rough draft form using PowerPoint. I then took the better ideas and began to sketch them out in PhotoShop. When I had a few good selections finished in PhotoShop I presented them in a team meeting to Brian Tallon, the director of E-commerce. These PSD files were discussed at length and a handful were chosen to move forward with.

I then took the PSD files that I had created and developed several HTML comps. At the next team meeting, I presented the HTML comps for review. After much debate, a landing page look was decided upon.

At this point I set out on my final project for zones, the development of the Home Zone a site that would contain links to all zones including SOHO, Mac Zone, Corporate Zone, Creative Pro Zones and Public Sector.

See the comps that were not chosen on the next page.
